What qualifications do you have?

Premier International Diploma of Personal Training.
Which includes :

• Fitness Trainer Award 1 & 2,
• First Aid / CPR
• Nutrition for Health & Fitness
• Sports Massage Therapy.

Advanced Instructor Level 3 accreditation with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs*)

If I am trained at home how much space is needed?
For personal training, an area approximately the sizes of 2 metres square. This can be a room indoors, or outside the house. If a client has a pool, then this may at times be utilised, especially in the warmer months!

In addition to space, what else is needed?
I bring all necessary equipment with me so all you need to provide is a clear space and water for you to drink. For all types of session a child-free area is required, and for massage, a quiet area is preferable.

What equipment is used?
During personal training sessions, a variety of equipment is used including free weights, a step, a trampet, stability ball, resistance bands and mat.

*REPs is the Register of Exercise Professionals - a UK government funded organisation which I am registered with (Level 3 is currently the highest level of registration).
