Ensuring that the body obtains all the required nutrients is a complex balance, which when out of sync, can negatively impact our feeling of well-being and our health by raising our risk of developing certain diseases and conditions.
I offer nutritional advice and guidance throughout the course of your personal training, and to assist in reaching goals, which could include:

• Improving health by reducing the risk and impact of certain conditions
• Improving general feeling of well-being
• Improving sporting performance and post-event recovery

The fuel you put into your body, will directly affect the physical changes you aim to achieve. So it is important that we make sure you get into the habit of eating a healthy and balanced diet, in order for you to succeed with your fitness goals. It is true, you are what you eat !
